Euro-Intent-March2014-web
Dear Epaphras,

This is just a quick update from Schipol Airport in Amsterdam, where I’m waiting for a continuing flight home.  Our Lord was at work in the lives of all 35 of us this week in Altensteig, Germany : 25 participants and 10 trainers.  Yes, the two-year Euro-InTent leadership development program is over!  In all, we graduated 48 leaders serving in Europe.  And, that is a result of your prayers and generosity!  Please continue praying these leaders would continue leading their church planting teams, offices and bases from a place of abiding in Christ (John 15).  As they lead and abide in Christ, our Lord promises “much and lasting fruit…”

I arrive home tonight and am looking forward to being with my three lovely ladies!  Tomorrow, I’m leading the service at our church in Biarritz.  Exciting things are happening there and it’s getting hard to find a seat on a Sunday morning.  Our pastor, Junior Damaceno, from Brazil, will be preaching on the 7 references to the cross found in Galatians – I’ll leave you to find those.

Lastly, and most importantly, please be in prayer for my mom, Jean Lee Currey.  We just heard that her Alzheimer’s is worsening and we face some decisions.  Please ask the Lord to lead my brother and I.  She loves it at the Coronado Retirement Village.  We covet your prayers for mom.

May you know the Lord’s peace today.

Blessings,

Steve (for the Curreys)
