Dear Epaphras,
This week in Altensteig, Germany we graduated our first class of Euro-InTent leadership development participants. 21 leaders from 13 different nations completed the 2 year course – we will graduate another 24 leaders in March 2014.
You’ve been praying for these leaders for 2 years, asking the father to draw them into a deeper abiding relationship with Himself. He has done that. And they are better equipped to lead as a result of your prayers.
We taught on recognizing weaknesses and blind spots in our leadership, understanding leadership complexities such as leading church planting teams made up of varying cultures. And finally, we studied spiritual warfare within the European, rationalistic context.
Thank you for praying for Steve as he led several of the sessions. Today, he is making his way home to Bayonne, France.
God has been good to watch over Annie, Julia and I in Steve’s absence. We have also had some exciting ministry opportunities which we will tell you about next week. Thanks for your prayers and financial support – this is definitely a team effort!
